Damned losers complaining about "customer service". GBH is a public hospital. If you need medical care, you will get it asap. If you have to wait, then there is somebody that needs it more than you.

I ended up at the emergency department the service was impeccable nobody wants to get sick but if I had to choose a hospital it sure would be Griffith Base Hospital the doctors nurses and staff are all extremely nice and professional thank you for your service.

Griffith Base Hospital is a great hospital Top Doctors and nurse great care in looking after all there Patients around the clock 24/7 day and all night.They are good at whot they do working hard making sick Patients well again great bed side talks about Patients how to make Patients well again.And great doctors and nursing care around the clock. Great choices of foods . I Pauline Reid have been to this hospital many times very sick and they made me all well again.Thanks to all the Doctors and nurses for there specail care of me l SAY 5 🌟 🌟🌟🌟🌟 STARS

Absolutely a 10/10 my partner and I had a newborn I forgot to request a private room so I could stay the night and one of the nurses/midwife’s waived the fee so I could stay in a unit on hospital grounds less then a five minute walk all the nurses/midwifes are amazing and take take such good care and answered all questions I had so thoroughly and was very informative with everything

Can't thank Griffith Base Hospital enough. The professionalism the moment I arrived was outstanding. Hospital nice and clean. Hate to say this especially with my food allergies the food was awesome lol and a big shout out to Nurse Frank Burns your natural caring attitude was truly amazing. Thank you to all please be proud of yourselves because I am 👍

Amazing service. I came in this afternoon very sick because of vomiting, nausea and blurred vision. My nurse was so empathetic and kind. She made me feel so welcome and supported. It’s people like this that the health care system needs more of. My Doctor was so helpful and I’m so grateful he was my Doctor today.
